Tony founded TAP Industrial Sales in 2016 after 30+ years in industry. He began his career as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker, then moved through engineering and purchasing management roles at major OEMs — so he has sat on every side of the table your project touches.

Customers know him for hands-on problem solving. Around here it’s called “Tony’s Toolbox”: if a drawing, a gauge, or a factory visit will get your problem solved faster, that’s what happens.

Operations & Logistics Manager

Laura joined TAP in 2021 and runs the operational backbone: order entry, production tracking, import documentation, delivery, and invoicing. If you never have to chase a shipment, that’s Laura.

She brings a supply chain background in retail buying, planning, and product development — disciplines built on hitting dates and keeping everyone informed.

Matt has represented TAP and the SJH line since 2016. He brings 30+ years in large-OEM manufacturing and OEM distribution, and has been part of Rotating Technologies since 1989.

That depth means Matt talks process and application with your plant floor as comfortably as he talks terms with purchasing.

David joined TAP in 2017 with 25 years of hydraulic and transmission experience across Eastern Canada. He owns Northeast Technical Services and is based in the greater Toronto area.

Design engineers keep his number handy: David understands hydraulics at a depth that catches expensive mistakes before they’re built.

Mesa joined TAP in 2017 and brings 18 years in power transmission. He has been part of John Urbom, Inc. since 2002 and is based in Kansas City.

He serves agriculture, lawn & garden, construction, and aerial platform OEMs, plus distributors across the Midwest.
